Get Your Move On!Join us at Bluff Creek Park, 11301 N Meridian! We'll meet by the large picnic shelter.
Our FREE walking/running club will meet each Saturday morning at a different location through the OKC Parks system this year. We stretch together and then hit the trail.
You can be a beginner or experienced fitness individual, and small children in strollers are welcome! Go your own pace or join up with others who go your speed.
This free club is for anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness in a group setting. Whether you want to go on a guided walkabout at a local park or work up to running a 5k, let us help provide the tools and inspiration to set and achieve your goals. No pre-registration is required. Please bring water with you!
