Regardless of your passion: yoga, pickle ball, golf, biking etc. – you can learn to use Myofascial Release to better enjoy all that you do.Feel free to bring foam rollers, therapy balls if you already own them. If you do not, we have some pairs of tennis balls in socks to lend out.
Suzanne Kerr has completed extensive MFR training and is certified by Yoga Medicine. This event includes 1.5 hours of CEU's for any yoga teachers who attend.
