One of the gtreatest challenges a Louisiana lawyer faces is getting certiorari granted by the Louisiana Supreme Court. We will explain the Court's role in Louisiana's legal system, describe the Court's expectations for wirt applications, and focus on the deep thinking the practitioner needs to do to advance the kind of policy arguments that motivate the Court.
