About this Event
The Prince’s Trust is one of the UK's largest youth charities. We support young people aged 16-30 to build confidence, develop new skills and kickstart careers through a variety of free opportunities.
Our free one-week Get Started with Nature and Conservation programme, based in Birmingham, will help you to learn about conservation and nature, and how this can help your wellbeing.
During the week you’ll take part in lots of activities, including learning how to use hand tools safely.
You’ll get to enjoy the outdoors and meet others in a COVID secure outdoor space, helping to care for an amazing nature reserve with your local Wildlife Trust.
As part of the programme you’ll achieve a recognised qualification, which is great to highlight on your CV – Open College Network West Midlands Level 1 Qualification in Tool Use.
There is travel expense support and lunch will be provided each day.
