You’re in charge on Friday night, along with 1,000 other film-loving-friends. Together, you’ll screen a top-secret selection of new short films, individually cast your votes for which ones should play at CIFF49, and collectively support independent filmmaking!
Doors open at 6:00 pm
Nosh on gourmet snacks + stop by the cash bar
Program begins promptly at 7:00 pm
Settle in for 60 – 90 minutes of back-to-back short films. At the conclusion of each one, you’ll be prompted via text to vote from your smartphone. The film with the highest score will be guaranteed a prime spot at CIFF49 (March 27 – April 5, 2025).
