Meghan Doherty represents clients in a wide variety of matters including bid protests, cybersecurity, M&A, size protests and appeals, claims, and suspensions and debarments.
Meghan has experience advising clients across many industries including aerospace and defense, intelligence, information technology, health care and transportation. She has successfully represented clients in matters before the Government Accountability Office, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, and the Small Business Administration's Office of Hearings and Appeals. Meghan regularly advises clients on cybersecurity compliance issues including compliance with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) framework. Meghan also has an active pro bono practice.
Christian Hansen, CISSP, CISA (Panelist) has worked in IT consulting since 2007. He manages the federal services practice, which includes maintaining our FedRAMP work, managing federal cybersecurity services engagements, and participating as a team member of each consulting or audit project. Prior to joining Moss Adams, Christian spent time with a Big Four firm as part of their IT Advisory Service practice, and at a financial institution as part of the Internal IT Audit group. Since joining Moss Adams, Christian has worked with clients to document and develop controls and procedures as part of their FedRAMP, FISMA, HIPAA, HITRUST, SOX compliance, and SOC reporting initiatives.
Rich Weber (Moderator) has more than 15 years of experience in government contracting, specializing in business tax and contract compliance consulting services for government contractors. His expertise includes Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance, DCAA-compliant accounting system design and implementation, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) implementation, indirect rate development, contract analysis and administration. He provides these services across a wide range of industries, with a focus on defense, professional services, and technology sectors.
