This program will take place in the community room.This is a 6 week class running from October 7-November 25. The class will NOT meet on October 14 or November 11.
This class focuses on core work, balance patterns, and light weights for adults of all ages. This class focuses on all movement patterns including: hinge, squat, march, push and pull. Modifications always available and welcomed.
Feel free to bring your own mat or borrow one at the library. Bring lightweight dumbells if desired, not required.
Registration is required, register once for all 6 classes. If you cannot make any of the sessions, please let us know.
