This is a 8 week class running from March 5- April 23.This class focuses on core work, balance patterns, and light weights for adults of all ages. This teaches all movement patterns including: hinge, squat, march, push and pull. Modifications always available and welcomed.
Feel free to bring your own mat or borrow one at the library. Bring lightweight dumbells if desired, not required.
Registration is required.
