How does the Challenge work? Here's the details!
Step 1 - Step on the InBody and get a read on your latest body composition.
Step 2 - Meet up with Erin and Bryan - discuss your results and get a tailored plan for fitness and nutrition.
Step 3 - Come to class and LIFT WEIGHTS. Follow the program and guidance from us and your coaches.
Step 4 - Get access to important information, tips, nutrition guidance, UNLIMITED INBODY SCANS, etc. We've got all the resources to set you up for success inside AND outside of the gym.
Step 5 - Get back on the InBody on December 15 and see your SWOLE AF results!
