Hey mama, welcome to the '60s! Get ready to travel back in time to the era of peace, love, and rock 'n' roll. Join us for Get Lit: ‘60s Night, where we'll celebrate the vibrant and revolutionary decade that transformed literature, music, and culture.

• Put on your best '60s outfits and dance along to the music of the decade.
• Play a classic game of charades based on the writing of the '60s.
• Compete in the "That's What I call the '60s" trivia hunt.
• Get groovy at the tie-dye bandana station.

• Enjoy beer, wine, and the night’s specialty cocktail, Jackie's Party Punch, as refreshing to the eye as it is to the palate. Non-alcoholic options available as well.

Get Lit is your way to enjoy evenings in the Loop. Meet friends and fellow book nerds for an early evening treat. Each month, the AWM serves drinks, games, special experiences, and fun activities to get you lit! Funds raised at this event will go towards the AWM’s Write In Youth Education Program, which serves middle and high school students from under-resourced schools. .

Tickets include admission to the museum and drink tickets for two complimentary beverages. Additional drink tickets are available for purchase.
