The Pye Avenue/Lodore Place Bushcare group will be hosting a "Get Into Bushcare" day aimed at giving new volunteers the chance to try out helping restore their local environment. All tools and training are supplied-all you need to do is register and show up. We will be removing invasive weeds, planting native species and go on a site bushwalk to showcase the hard work of the volunteer group. The event will start at 8:30 am at the grassed area near the end of Lodore Place.
Please wear clothes with long sleeves, enclosed shoes and a hat, and bring a bottle of water.
