Our Gymnasty Clinic will open your eyes on how to break down skills to build them back up, with effective drills. Whether you are a coach or an athlete, you will walk away with a pocket FULL of knowledge and drills to take back to your training. The day will be broken down into Foundational Skills, Bar Muscle Up work, Handstand Walking Progressions, a fun workout and a short Q&A at then end. We cannot wait to bring this clinic to MIAMI!!
