A cerebral nutrition & cooking class that explores the gut-brain connection and how food choices can greatly affect our children's brain function, focus and mental clarity.
Mary Anne Morris, a certified Nutrition Instructor, will share exciting research on how to help our kids and set them up for success during this period of rapid brain development. She will also share which foods can impair their focus and hinder their learning success, while demonstrating delicious recipes you can easily prepare at home.
Class includes a beautiful nutrition booklet and food samples and life-changing information.
