Join the Bradford Brotherhood for our weekly fitness sessions designed for all fitness levels! Whether you're new to working out or looking to get back in shape, our friendly and supportive community will help you build strength, improve your fitness, and stay motivated.
Sessions are beginner-friendly and focus on creating a positive environment where you can work at your own pace. You’ll have the chance to connect with others, learn new exercises, and get expert guidance from our trainers.
When & Where:
🔹 Mondays 1pm at Planet Fitness
🔹 Wednesdays 6:30pm at Bradford City Football Club
🔹 Saturdays 9:30am at Bradford College
Each session lasts around 1 hour, and we provide a welcoming space for men of all backgrounds and abilities. Our goal is to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident—whether you're lifting weights, improving your cardio, or just starting out.
What to Expect:
