Get Closer: Couples Tantra Workshop

In this intimate evening workshop, you’ll explore the art of closeness: emotional, energetic, and physical. Get Closer is designed to help couples build trust, deepen communication, and awaken a renewed sense of curiosity and connection.

Through guided exercises in breath, movement, and mindful touch, you’ll learn how to:

• Communicate with more presence and openness, both verbally and nonverbally.
• Experience energetic exchange through simple yet profound tantric techniques.
• Explore a heart-centered tantric posture that fosters intimacy and connection.
• Practice visualization and breathing techniques to move energy and create harmony between you.
• Leave with tools to continue nurturing intimacy beyond the workshop.

This experience offers a safe and welcoming space for all couples, regardless of experience level. You’ll have time to connect privately with your partner, as well as opportunities for group reflection and questions with your facilitator.
