About this Event

Workshops and learning activities designed to thoroughly prepare participants for the Praxis 5113 Music: Content Knowledge, Praxis 5115: Instrumental and General Knowledge, and Praxis 5116: Vocal and General Knowledge exams.

Special emphasis will be placed on strengthening knowledge of composers, literature, publications, key dates, theory fundamentals, performance pedagogy, instructional and professional practices, music technology and its use in the classroom, formulating successful essay responses, and conquering listening questions.

Workshop participants will also have the opportunity to purchase my study prep workbook.
