Free Medical Card Certifications
Medical Cannabis Presentation and Lunch 11:15 AM - 12PM
(Doors open at 11am)
Certification Appointments available 10am - 3pm
On-site certification provided by Dr. Patricia Drury with The Releaf Clinic.
Food & Refereshments will be provided.
What to know before you go:
- Bring a valid Florida ID and medical records (if available)
- Must by 18 years of age to get certified
- Must be a permanent or seasonal Florida resident
- Must have a qualifying health condition
