This class is your opportunity to learn how to make kimchi as part of a hands-on demonstration. DJ will bring all of the ingredients, materials, and know-how that you need. After you've made the kimchi with your own two hands, you can use them to take it home with you. Once you've finished eating, the container can even be reused for a future fermentation project!The class costs $25
