Grab a yoga friend and sign up for this fun, engaging workshop with Ken & Emily! Space is limited!Pairs will be guided through coordinated breathing techniques, synchronized movements & shapes plus tips on gentle assists to deepen poses. The last half hour will be dedicated to playing with the techniques learned, and trying out some more challenging partner poses.
Intermediate experience with yoga or adjacent modalities is encouraged. Tickets are sold in pairs, and include refreshments plus use of studio mats & props! $75/2 attendees
