About this Event
An aerial yoga instructor certification class is a comprehensive training program designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to teach aerial yoga safely and effectively. The course typically covers a range of topics, including the fundamentals of aerial yoga, proper use of aerial hammocks, teaching techniques, class sequencing, and safety protocols. Participants will learn how to guide students through various poses and transitions while suspended in the air, as well as how to modify exercises for different skill levels.
