What is the workshop about?
Theatre demands bodies beyond the ordinary, a necessary physical quality to play and be in complicity. An essential skill is to ‘become aware’ of what our body does. While analysing the fundamentals: Gesture, Rhythm and Movement, we will see the common pre-expresive world emerge: elements, animals, colours, passions, characters, paintings, poetry, music.
A workshop for actors, dancers, directors, writers, designers, painters, musicians and lovers of artistic expression. Based on the pedagogy of Jacques Lecoq.
