Pause for ten minutes of daily mindfulness @2:50 PM EET (1:50 PM CET)
Why @2:50? Because,
- chronic uncertainty may cause anxiety, stress, or health issues;
- a mindfulness practice fosters equanimity in the face of change;
- your plate of ‘to-dos’ can likely wait ten minutes.
This is an open webinar that anyone can join on any day. Launched at MIT (Cambridge, MA), the event has gained a global daily following. @2:50 does not promote any creed, sect, organization, or ideology. It's just a chance for us to meet up for a few minutes of quiet.
