What to Expect:
This demonstration-style class lets you decide your level of participation. You’ll have the opportunity to assist the chef as much—or as little—as you’d like. Many ingredients will be prepped in advance so you can focus on learning techniques, tasting, and mingling with fellow food lovers.
Class Details:
Designed for students 16 years and older
Runs approximately 2 hours
Be prepared to stand for much of the class—closed-toe, comfortable shoes recommended
Long hair should be pulled back
All Participants will receive:
