On October 3rd, Germans celebrate Reunification Day, so Eggplant Bear will be throwing a small dinner party for all his friends and fans who miss some of the iconing goodies that are common in Germany. This year, the menu is inspired by street food:Starters: FischbrΓΆtchen (home-made pickled fish and assorted veggies served in a freshly baked sourdough bread roll)
Main: Currywurst (a typical Berlin dish consisting of grilled BratwΓΌrste, or German sausages, topped with home-made ketchup and curry powder)
Dessert: KΓ€sekuchen (German cheese cake)
And of course, plenty of beer! ;-)
