✍🏻THE AUTHOR
Born and raised in GA, author and photographer Mark Oleg Ozboyd has crisscrossed our state in search of magnificent waterfalls ever since he was a little kid. At 12, Mark started writing trail reports on www.HikingTheAppalachians.com, now a repository of over 300 hiking trails across the Southeast. As a freelance journalist, Mark wrote about waterfalls in The Dahlonega Nugget, Rabun County Travel Guide, and North Georgia Living.
