Georgia Real Estate Prelicense Course – 75 Hours | In-Person | Evening

If you’ve been thinking about becoming a licensed Georgia real estate agent, this is your first step. Our live, in-person prelicense course provides everything you need to meet the Georgia Real Estate Commission’s (GREC) education requirements — and prepares you to pass the state exam on your first attempt.

This 75-hour course is approved by GREC and led by experienced instructors who teach both the required material and the real-world knowledge you’ll need to launch your real estate career. You’ll gain a solid understanding of Georgia license law, contracts, brokerage relationships, agency, ethics, and much more.

To qualify for a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson License, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Hold a high school diploma or GED
• Complete a 75-hour GREC-approved Salesperson Prelicense Course
• Pass the school final exam and the state licensing exam (with a score of 72% or higher)
• Submit a criminal background report (GCIC) obtained within 60 days of license pickup
• Complete the Lawful Presence Verification form

If you have any prior criminal convictions or disciplinary actions, GREC requires an additional application before licensing. We’ll review this process in class.

Our Weekend Cram Course is designed to reinforce key topics and test-taking strategies before your final exam.

🕘 Time: 9:00am - 3:00pm
💰 Cost: $75 for registered students.

This is also where you can make up any missed time per GREC rules.

📘 Books can be picked up at 2390 Main Street, Tucker, GA 30084 prior to class.
Please note: books are non-refundable once received.

• No refunds are issued once class begins or if you fail to attend the mandatory first session.
• For cancellations before the first day, a $50 administrative fee and $55 book fee (if applicable) will be deducted from any refund.
• Should a course be canceled by the school, students may choose a 100% refund or transfer to another session.

You’ll complete your Georgia Real Estate Exam Registration Form on the first day of class.
