This course meets for 10 sessions on Tuesday and Thursday, from 8:30 - 4:30 with a required final exam.

Course Instructor MaKay Swanson began her career in real estate in 2001 after raising her 3 children. Her goal upon entering the industry was to counsel and educate her clients so that they could move confidently through what can be a stressful process.
With a background in teaching, her heart has always been drawn towards helping others achieve their goals and cutting through the noise to make things simple and easy to understand.
In 2017 she began teaching Continuing Education courses for the Real Estate Academy of America, and has continued as a regular course trainer, Mentee for new agents, and Associate Broker. In 2022 she joined the affiliate program as an instructor of the Barney Fletcher Real Estate School. She has now returned to teach the Pre-License course for the Real Estate Academy of America exclusively.
