Coastal Heritage Society (CHS) will participate in the Georgia History Festival’s Super Museum Sunday on February 9, 2025. We invite you to explore our six sites free of charge from noon-4PM! Super Museum Sunday is part of the annual Georgia History Festival, the signature K-12 educational program of the Georgia Historical Society, reaching hundreds of thousands of students statewide.
CHS will join over 100 historic sites, house museums, art museums, and other points of interest throughout Georgia that will open their doors to the public, FREE of charge.
Coastal Heritage Society operates six historic museums including Savannah History Museum, Georgia State Railroad Museum, Savannah Children’s Museum, Old Fort Jackson, Pin Point Heritage Museum, and Harper Fowlkes House. It has been a regional leader in historic preservation and community engagement for 50 years. All CHS sites will participate in Super Museum Sunday from noon-4PM. (Please note: CHS sites will be open noon-4PM. Not regular operational hours. )
