About this Event

Join us for this in person lunch and learn at Georgia DOT by Spencer Pucci.

Spencer Pucci serves as a Senior Air and Noise Team Leader at the Georgia Department of Transportation. He began with GDOT in the fall of 2013 has served as the GDOT Co-Chair for the Air and Noise sub-committee of the Georgia Partnership for Transportation Quality. Spencer regularly seeks feedback from his coworkers and customers and works to help develop guidance and training classes. He truly enjoys presenting and is grateful for the opportunity to work with GAEP.

This presentation will cover: Laws, policies, and guidance on environmental needs are always in flux. No sooner does a species comes off the endangered species list (hooray!) than the approach to assessing ozone becomes stricter. There’s always a good number of years to follow each policy, but when taken in toto our SMEs are always updating their respective approaches. Come see the changes for air toxics and traffic noise over the last ten years. It will be a real gas.

Lunch will be provided, if you have dietary limitations email [email protected]

The meeting will be on the 4th floor. Parking info is here: https://www.atlantadowntown.com/go/570-spring-street

In the parking garage, take land bridge on the 7th floor, keep walking straight until you reach another land bridge and then take that bridge. Take the elevator to the 4th floor. Signs will direct you on the 4th floor.
