Welcome to Gentlenergy Chakra Clearing and Balancing Sound Healing Meditation with Myra.Myra has been a Sound Therapist since 2018. She is a Registered Nurse, Musician, Reiki Practitioner, Pellowah Practitioner and Yoga Teacher. Myra's fascination with ancient healing practices brought her to study a Diploma in Sound Healing with the Sound Healing Academy. She brings her wealth of knowledge and skills to each workshop to ensure you have a memorable experience.
On the first Sunday of each month we come together to create amazing physical, emotional and spiritual healing with:
*Some Gentle Movement to let our bodies know it's time to unwind, release, go within
* A simple sacred Chakra mantra designed to Quiet the Mind, and
discard racing thoughts
*Breathing techniques to open the flow of energy, calming, purifying and Strengthening the Nervous System
You'll then feel immensely relaxed ready to embark on a Sound Healing Meditation using various instruments to create healing vibrations, providing deep relaxation, stress relief and heightened awareness.
