Join us for our Annual General Meeting & Awards Night - Saturday, December 7th, 7:00 PM at The W Hotel Aspen. Prepare for a night of fun as we celebrate the season gone by and get excited for next year! We will be electing our new club board of directors. As well as this, we will be handing out player awards for our Summer season. Most of all we will be coming together to celebrate the club and the camaraderie we share with everyone. We can't wait to see you all. Let's finish off a great year with an amazing night.
There will be a $30 ($45 for non members) charge for a set menu dinner for the evening. Please RSVP to confirm your spot and meal.
We will have a zoom link on the day to join the AGM remotely if needed.
We will be electing our new club board members. Please reach out to us if you are interested in running for a board member position or would like to help out at all. All members of the club are encouraged to cast their vote.
There will be three new board member positions up for election.
