This class will last 1.5 hours. The first part will be Gentle Yoga that prepares your body and eases you into a deep 30 minute meditation. Bring your own mat. This is a combination class, so you will receive a deep discount on Gentle Yoga and Yoga Nidra classes, if you sign up for this offering. Classes must be taken back to back to qualify for the discount.
