Gentle Yoga with Senior Dogs at Old Friends Sanctuary

Join us for gentle yoga with some of the sweet seniors of OFSDS!

Enjoy 45 minutes of yoga with the dogs from Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary in their beautiful outdoor play yard. Plus, enjoy a special behind the scenes tour of the Old Friends state-of-the-art facility after class.

The team at OFSDS will also be on site to share information about their organization, how they support senior dogs, and how you can get involved.

All the dogs will be available for forever fosters. That means OFSDS retains legal ownership and covers the medical expenses for the remainder of the dog's life.

Yoga details:

• Class will be an all-levels gentle flow yoga class. - Slow movement with mostly floor based postures.
• Please make sure to bring your own yoga mat and water
