Gentle Yoga with Savannah
Join us for a rejuvenating yoga session with Savannah of Sun Chaser Yoga at Blissful.Energy in Melbourne, FL, USA. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this in-person event is perfect for unwinding and finding your inner peace. Savannah's teaching style is based on a mindful, gentle paced practice similar to most Hatha yoga classes. Classes often begin with a Pranayama (or breath work) practice, and end with a relaxing meditation designed to help you unwind and access your highest self. The class is $15; book your "ticket" here and pay upon arrival at studio. Cash, Venmo, and Zelle are accepted
