Come along for an in-person 20-minute gentle yoga session run by Erin. This session will be held at Peterborough Hospital - learning centre - room 2.
No skill or experience is required, just wear some comfortable clothes that you can gently move in. If you have a yoga mat, bring it along, if not, don't worry Erin has few spares!
