Did you leave your 200 hour Teacher Traning unsure how to teach classes that aren't based around Sun Salutations? Do you want to become more confident teaching different bodies? This in-person or remote event is perfect for yoga teachers and strongly interested students.

Throughout the training, you'll delve into the principles of gentle yoga, including breathwork, mindfulness, and modifications for all levels. Marietta will guide you through sequencing techniques empowering you to create safe and nurturing classes.
