This course is ongoing and you can join anytime!This course is for you if you’re completely new to yoga or if you’ve tried one or two classes and want to really get going with yoga. Olga teaches yoga inspired by therapeutic alignment of yoga which helps us to improve strength, flexibility and balance.
Over six weeks you'll cover the basic building blocks of yoga so that you can feel confident taking any regular yoga class in a studio.
• Learn about the importance of the breath in yoga and how to synchronise it with movement.
• Explore some of the most common yoga poses and how you can adapt them to suit your body.
• Practise putting poses together in Sun Salutations and sequences.
• Discover the other elements of yoga beyond just asana (yoga poses) with an introduction to Pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation.
These yoga classes will help you feel stronger, more flexible and more relaxed.
Price: £48 for 6 week course or £9 for one class.
