This class will begin with gentle movements to get energy moving throughout the physical and energetic bodies. These movements may increase flexibility and range of motion. Grounding Yin poses will then be offered to create a supportive and relaxing affect on body and energy. Breathwork and relaxation techniques will be explored throughout class followed by meditation.
