Stretch your limbs and realign mind, body, and spirit with Gentle Yoga at Newfields. Join instructors from Invoke Studio for a 45 minute Gentle Yoga session, in the Pullium Family Great Hall (in front of the Robert Indiana Love Sculpture).
The class format includes breathwork that is woven into basic poses that encourage strength and flexibility in balance. It is a slower paced practice accessible to most students and a perfect fit for those newer to yoga or looking for a gentle practice.
