Join me every Tuesday, in the room above "Little Posie Collective" for a small, and gentle yoga class. All levels are welcome, but its a slower class, which is accessible for beginners. There is a second time at 7pm if you are wanting something a little deeper in posture.Bookings are essential each week as there are limited spaces. $20 Casual or $150 for a ten class card.
