A yoga class geared to seniors offering gentle stretching and strengthening through accessible yoga poses and modifications. Meditation, breath work and relaxation in every class. Props provided or bring your own. Stephanie Tames began her yoga journey more than 30 years ago, studying and practicing under many teachers and mentors. As a teacher for nearly 15 years, she has developed a practice that focuses on alignment, accessibility and helping students find the connection between mind, body and breath.
Cost is $18/class or a 10 class pack is $150
