November I’ll be starting gentle and restorative yoga classes — mainly seated postures, designed for those living with fibroids and endometriosis.
As someone who has lived with endometriosis for over 15 years, and also with fibroids, I understand how deeply they can shape your daily life.
Yoga has been one of the tools that’s helped me find balance, comfort, and a return to myself — and it’s my hope to share that with you.
