Gentle Yoga for Beginners
This class is suitable for all levels, no yoga experience is necessary. The class will include standing, seated, and reclined postures. Modifications and use of gear (like blocks or a chair) will be encouraged and explained to make postures more accessible to all. This practice is designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and help to restore your nervous system.
Please wear whatever clothing you are comfortable in, sweats, shorts, leggings are all acceptable (note that yoga is typically practiced barefoot, no shoes). Please bring your yoga mat and any supportive gear you have, and if you don’t have anything we have mats and blocks you can use.

Cost is $15 and payment will be due at the beginning of class, Cash or Venmo is accepted.
This class is FREE for Military & First Responders (including crisis workers, ER staff, and dispatchers)
Due to the limited number of seats, please be aware that when you register, your spot is held specifically for you. This will put others on the waitlist if we fill up, so please be sure to cancel if something comes up and you can’t attend. Thank you for caring for our community.

Adrian Campbell, PhD, CPC, RYT200hr
Dr. Adrian Campbell is an Intuitive Life Coach, Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master, Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher, Lumerian Crystal Healer, Independent Research Scholar, and U.S. Coast Guard Veteran. She has Undergraduate and Graduate degrees in Electrical Science and Psychology, and a Doctorate in Depth Psychology with Somatic emphasis from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
Each session with Dr. Adrian is uniquely crafted to the individual and can include elements of Jungian based Life Coaching, Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, Dream Analysis, Intuitive Aura Readings, and more.
Sessions are by appointment only and can be in person in at Heart, Body & Soul, or remotely by phone/video.
