This is a welcoming and supportive class led by our dedicated local teacher KTG and is designed for those new to yoga or looking to ease back into their practice. This session focuses on simple postures, mindful breathing, and gentle stretching to promote relaxation, improve flexibility, and build foundational strength. Join us to connect with your body, calm your mind, and create a sense of balance and well-being.Yoga mats and props provided in studio.
