Gentle Yoga & Meditation with Rev Shelley Dungan @ Norman Bird Sanctuary

We invite you to join us most Saturday mornings from 10:00-11:30AM inside Mabel’s Studio for a gentle yoga practice interwoven with mindfulness meditation. Come experience these unique, inspiring yoga classes where the sense of community is strong and truly heart-warming. Come, find your inner sacred center in a supportive, welcoming, nature-centered atmosphere. These weekly classes are designed to be accessible for everyone in good general health regardless of yoga experience. This all-levels class will include inspiring readings, mindful meditation and yoga poses that emphasize developing strength, flexibility & relaxation. Please wear comfy athletic clothing, bring your yoga mat and a thick blanket. The charge for the class is $20 with a portion of all funds going directly to support Norman Bird Sanctuary. It is listed as "donation" to keep the transaction fee lower for those registering. We ask that everyone register through Eventbrite so we can keep the class size limited to14 students as that is maximum capacity for the room for yoga. We are unable to accommodate drop-ins for our indoor classes.
