Begin a mindful month with free yoga the first Friday of every month at Freeport Community Library! We will focus on linking breath with movements that feel right for your body. Gift yourself this time to breathe, move, and relax so you can increase flexibility and mobility, feel connected, and decrease stress. Mats are provided; please bring a block, blanket, or towel for a support for poses. Sara Helman is a RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance.This event is free and open to the public.
