We'll begin with a gentle yoga class to gently prepare our bodies and minds. This practice will help us settle in and create space for the deepest possible Yoga Nidra experience. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that encompasses the physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual koshas (or bodies) of our being. You'll rest in stillness as you're guided.
No previous experience is necessary; you only need to allow yourself to let go in the safe sanctuary of Sharing Yoga.
