Join me for a group yoga and sound bath meditation this Sunday evening ✨The session is 1 hour long, we have a gentle yoga flow to ground us first followed by a sound bath consisting of crystal singing bowls. A sound bath is a full body experience where you lie down in a comfortable position listening and absorbing different sound meditation instruments.
