Welcome to Soul Sessions, a restorative practice where gentle yoga and the healing power of sound come together to awaken your body and nourish your soul. This is a space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself amidst the busy flow of life.
We begin with somatic movement and mindful yoga to awaken the body — releasing tension, stretching, and creating space. Each movement helps you deepen your awareness, bringing you fully into the present moment and preparing you to receive the gifts of sound that follow.
Once your body is alive and open, we transition into the soothing vibrations of sound healing. The resonant tones of the Didgeridoo, Crystal Bowls, and other sacred instruments, combined with the power of vocals, guide you into a state of deep relaxation. These healing frequencies support you in clearing stagnant energy, quieting the mind, and opening your heart to a deeper sense of peace and clarity.
