Gentle Yoga (approximately 30min), ends with Sound Healing (approximately 15min). Every Wednesday 6:30pm - 7:30pm. Donation Based. First Come First Serve. Doors Open at 6:20pm. Please arrive By 6:35pm as class will start at that time. Mats, blocks and straps provided. Blankets and pillows provided for extended Shavasana Sound Healing at the end.Class description: Class begins with sage / palo santo energy cleanse and breathwork. Gentle yoga is around 30min and is Yin and Restorative style, focusing on stretching and moving with the breath. On occasion somatic Tai Chi style (gentle low impact) movements may be incorporated to let go of excess energy as needed.
